Events in Barcelona

Summer is the time of the season where everyone from around the world flocks to Barcelona in search of great parties and fun times. Not to worry, we have you covered with all the events that you would want to know of right here: 

 

Pride Barcelona 2015 (June 18th-28th 2015)

This festival has now firmly established itself as the Mediterranean's most important LGBT festival with eight days packed full of parites, entertainment and debates. Much of the action will take place in the Village of Avinguda Reina Maria Cristina. This space will be home to a bar, shopping area and a restaurant, displays by different LBGT organizations, a kids area and lots of activities.  

 

Festival of Sant Joan (June 24th 2015)

The festival of Sant Joan is celebrated yearly in Barcelona as the shortest night of the year, The Summer Solstice. The celebration can be seen all over the city with fireworks, music, and celebration as locals and toursits line the street to celebrate. Much of the celebration is done on the beach around Barceloneta or if you chose another route, we can suggest joining us at some of the best nightclubs in Barcelona with Free Entry with Lista Isaac! 

 

El Curso de la Maquinista (June 28th 2015)

The ten year anniversary of the run of Maquinista is done in an effort to raise awareness for cancer and disease. The run consists of two tracks that you can participate in, a 10km run or another 5km. Both races are done in collaboration with the cancer centre of Barcelona, AECC. During the day, the race will be filled with a celebration at the finish line, a day of solidarity for those battling cancer, and many suprises along the way. Please come to join and support!

 

VIda Festival (July 2nd-5th 2015)

On the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th of July, VIDA Festival will arrive in Barcelona. The VIDA festival will take place in the most captivating of settings. During the day it will be by the sea, at La Daurada Beach Club, and during the evening, at la Masia d'en Cabanyes Country House. VIDA is a breath of fresh air on the Spanish festival scene, putting, the comfort of the festival-goers above all else, avoiding huge crowds and queues, and aiming to provide excellence above the other festivals. VIDA hopes to fit a range of different artistic disciplines all connected to music in one single event. International and Spanish acts are scheduled to healine this event. Hope to see you there! 

 

Matinee Summer Festival (July 5th 2015)

The Matinee summer festival is known as one of the biggest festivals in Europe with an outstanding lineup of DJs from Electro, house, hip-hop, trance, and more. The festival is held at a waterpark in Barcelona meant for eager fans to beat the heat while enjoying partying all day/night long. An incredible day filled with water, rides, music, and drinks is one that is surely not to be missed. This years Matinee Summer Festival is scheduled to be the biggest one in history, hope to see you there!

 

Cruilla Barcelona Summer Festival (July 10th-12th 2015)

Is Barcelona prepared for one of the largest and most packed lineups of the summer? Cruilla Festival is coming to Barcelona with such a strong force that it is meant to be noticed. The spectacular lineup includes Kendrick Lamar, Jaime Cullen, Of Monsters and Men, Franz Ferdinand, Lauryn Hill, Damian Marley, Aloe Blacc and much much more! This is scheduled to be one of the biggest festivals that takes place in barcelona spanning three days. 

 

Hard Rock Rising Barcelona (July 24-25th 2015)

Hard Rock Rising Festival is one of the premiere music festivals to arrive in Barcelona. Greeted my thousands of eager fans around the city and internatinoally who make the trip to see some of the biggest names in music for this monumental festival. The lineup for Hard Rock Rising this year includes Kings of Leon, Robbie Williams, Lenny Kravitz, Juanes, Avicii, and more! The festival is split into two days so fans will have the most opportunities to see thier favorite artists. This is guarnteed to be a summer highlight in Barcelona!
